Diseased Cherry Trees at TCC Removed

As you enter the TCC parking lot, you’ll notice that the beautiful flowering cherry trees that have lined the driveway for many years have been cut down. Unfortunately, they were diseased, rotting and couldn’t be saved.

Experts have told us that we can’t replant cherry trees there, because the disease is in the soil. However, we are able to plant another type of flowering fruit tree. In the next few weeks, the stumps and all leftover debris will be removed and six new trees will be planted.

We look forward to Spring to see the beauty that God will bring forth as these new trees bloom!
